In this work, TiNi samples were prepared by Selective Laser Melting (SLM) technology, and the influence of microstructure, fluoride ion, pH value on corrosion behavior in a saline environment was investigated compared with alloy fabricated traditional forging technology. The results indicated that resistance SLM sample slightly superior to wrought due uniform dense oxide film formed surface. However, acidic Artificial Saliva Solution (ASS) containing ions, current density increased from 9.85 × 10−2 13.9 μA/cm2 because presence F−.
